We are looking for a young energetic but diligent IT savvy professional to join our customer support team.
Working in close partnership with world-leading technology providers, we have been awarded the highest level of accreditation from global giants like Fujitsu, NetApp, Ruckus, Microsoft, Brocade, Kaspersky, Lifesize, Mutoh and other reputable vendors.
As an IT Support Officer, your duties will include the support of existing and future customers.
The ideal person should have:
- Minimum of three-years experience in IT support
- Basic understanding of WLAN technology and network systems
- Good command of written and spoken English
- High attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Basic knowledge of hardware components and desktop equipment
The job entails supporting existing customers and installing and commissioning new systems. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and knowledge of Networking technologies is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines, must be able to multi task and prioritize jobs according to severity, and must be able to work unsupervised. The chosen candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
